CrossLynk collects minimal personal information necessary to deliver and manage your account and ad exchange campaigns:

• Account Information: Name, work email address, and hashed authentication credentials when you register via Email or Google OAuth.
• Project Metadata: Domain names, ad creative taglines, category classifications, banner images, and target destination URLs submitted to the network.

2. Anti-Fraud & Anonymized Tracking

To maintain network integrity, prevent click fraud, and calculate traffic credit balances:

• We log anonymized IP address hashes (SHA-256) and user-agent metadata exclusively for rate limiting and impression verification.
• IP hashes are automatically purged or rotated within 60-second sliding windows via Redis rate limiters.
• Our embeddable JavaScript widget operates inside an isolated Shadow DOM container with zero third-party cross-site cookie tracking.

3. Strict No-Data-Selling Policy

CrossLynk does NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data, email addresses, or domain traffic metrics to third parties or advertising brokers under any circumstances.
