1. Traffic Credits Policy

Traffic Credits are internal platform accounting points used to measure ad display distribution across network partners:

• Traffic Credits have ZERO monetary, legal, or cash redemption value and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for fiat currency.
• Hosting 1 partner impression awards +1 Traffic Credit; hosting 1 partner click awards +10 Traffic Credits.
• Project balances reaching 0 credits are automatically paused from serving candidate banners until additional credits are earned.

2. Anti-Abuse & Network Integrity

CrossLynk strictly enforces automated anti-fraud filtering to protect partner quality:

• Users are strictly prohibited from generating artificial impressions or clicks via automated bots, click farms, or hidden iframes.
• CrossLynk reserves the right to immediately pause, audit, or permanently terminate accounts found gaming or manipulating the exchange network.

3. Ad Content Guidelines

All registered projects must display legitimate SaaS, developer tool, app, or e-commerce products. Promotional materials containing malicious software, adult content, or deceptive claims are strictly forbidden.

4. Limitation of Liability

CrossLynk is provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall CrossLynk be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from network participation.
